Happy New Year crafters!! This has been a wonderful year and I can't wait to see what is in store for us in the coming year.
Today I'm going to show you how to make these cute, tiny ruffled flowers.
Here is what you need:
A flower die cut or punch (any size)
Studio Calico Scraps ( from the BOAF January kit)
Sharp craft tool
Brad
Cut out about 5 or 6 flowers using the Studio Calico Scraps. This material is really thin, like printed tissue paper.
Load all of the cut fowers onto your craft tool. This alligns them up easily to transfer to a brad. Slip them onto the brad and attach the flower onto the desired location of your project. Once its in place, fluff up the petals to make them look a little messy. Be careful, the tissue paper is delicate.
There you have it! Aren't they cute? Try making these on a smaller project like a card or a gift tag.
Here is my completed layout:
Have a happy New Year everybody!
